Terms

1. Seller

These terms apply to all orders placed at keynk.com with Bruno Chagas, KEYNK, Friedrichsberger Strasse 3, 10243 Berlin, Germany, hello@keynk.com (Einzelunternehmen).

2. Conclusion of contract

Product presentations in the shop are not a binding offer. By clicking “Buy now – payment required” you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods. The contract language is English; German statutory texts are provided where required.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer), we do not charge or show VAT. Shipping costs are added and shown before you order.

4. Shipping

We ship with DHL from Berlin to Germany and selected EU countries. Germany €3.90, EU €7.90, free from €30. Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days; delivery takes 2–4 (Germany) or 3–7 (EU) working days. See Shipping.

5. Payment

Payment is made via our payment provider Stripe using the methods offered at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model form: Returns & Withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply (Mängelhaftungsrecht).

9. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
