Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable and its infrastructure providers (incl. Cloudflare). When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access is processed in server logs to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted after a short period.

Orders

To process your order we use your name, address, email and order details (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Commercial and tax records are retained for the statutory periods (up to 10 years).

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe receives the payment data you enter and may process it in third countries on the basis of standard contractual clauses. See stripe.com/privacy.

Shipping provider

To deliver your order we pass your name and address (and, if you agree, your email for tracking) to DHL / Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Newsletter

If you sign up, we use your email address only to send updates you asked for, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive a confirmation email and your subscription only becomes active once you click the confirmation link. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to hello@keynk.com.

Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies and local storage (e.g. for the shopping bag and secure checkout). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The payment form may set cookies from Stripe required for fraud prevention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

We do not sell personal data.
